Since this blog is supposed to also contain some things about food I figured I would post this picutre. The other day Abby and Kendra asked me to make them a snack lunch. What is a snack lunch I wondered? Abby's explanation was "I want to have lunch like the snacks Dad and you have sometimes at night". Seeing as we don't do this type of evening snack very often she must have woken up on one of those evenings and remembered it! This is the snack lunch I came up with. Add a drinking box and a picnic on the trampoline the girls were all set! Do you make snack lunches for your kids?
